Independent, Locally Owned and Operated

EKKO Title is an independent, privately owned settlement company. All of our partners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations at EKKO Title. Odds are you'll meet one of the owners at your settlement, regardless of which of our locations you choose.

EKKO Title does not participate in Affiliated Business Arrangements (ABAs) or other shared revenue arrangements. Often several businesses, such as real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, and settlement firms, are all owned by a common parent company. This is known as an Affiliated Business Arrangement (ABA). When a realtor or mortgage broker refers you to an affiliate for your settlement, there is often a referral fee paid by the settlement company to the referring agent. This is then added into the cost of the settlement transaction and is passed along to you, the consumer.

Because EKKO Title is not bound by ABAs, we keep our settlement fees low. You can rest assured that you are not overpaying for settlement services at EKKO Title.

At a time when many underwriters are dropping underperforming agents and have stopped taking on new agencies, EKKO Title has been appointed an agent of two of the nation's largest title insurance companies, Fidelity Land Title Insurance and Lawyers Title.
