Independent, Locally Owned and Operated
EKKO Title is an independent, privately owned settlement company. All of our partners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Odds are you’ll meet one of the owners at your settlement, regardless of which of our locations you choose.
EKKO Title does not participate in Affiliated Business Arrangements (ABAs), marketing services agreements (MSAs), or other shared revenue arrangements. Often several businesses, such as real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, and settlement firms, are all owned by a common parent company. This is known as an Affiliated Business Arrangement (ABA). These arrangements can call into question the independence of the settlement company. Because EKKO Title is independent and not bound by any of these fee sharing arrangements, we will always represent your interests in a fair and unbiased manner. Rest assured you will never be charged ‘extra’ to support these fee sharing arrangements.
