On Wednesday, July 15, Ekko Title and our associated Institute of Continuing Education will present a 2-hour Class on the coming July 1st changes to your standard NVAR Residential Sales Contract and related forms, with additional content being presented on the new laws affecting real estate being released on that same July 1 date. The Class will be held from 11:30am-1:30pm at the Intelligent Office in Tysons and will give 2 hours of CE credit in “legal updates,” pending approval. Lunch, coffee and refreshments will be provided.
